We’re back for Part II of this week’s Sports Media X Podcast, finishing the major segments we couldn’t get to before Part I reached the 90-minute mark.
First, our month-long NFL Division Preview series reaches the finish line with the AFC East and NFC East. JD and Lady M break down the Buffalo Bills, New England Patriots, New York Jets, Miami Dolphins, Philadelphia Eagles, Dallas Cowboys, Washington Commanders and New York Giants, including their best players, biggest offseason changes, X-factors, newcomers and key questions entering the 2026 NFL season.
We’re saving the actual predictions for next week’s NFL Tuesday, when JD and Lady M will put their projected records, division champions, playoff teams, conference champions, Super Bowl LXI picks and major NFL awards on the record.
Then we move into Fantasy Football Draft Prep, focusing on the final lessons to remember before drafting: ADP as a price, not a commandment; why role matters more than preseason box scores; how injuries should change value; where to hunt for middle-round value; and why late-round upside matters.
Finally, it’s time for NASCAR Daytona.
We preview the O’Reilly Auto Parts Series Wawa 250 and the NASCAR Cup Series Coke Zero Sugar 400, both regular-season finales with Chase spots on the line. We break down the biggest Daytona storylines, the Chase bubble, favorites, sleepers, dark horses, race predictions and DraftKings DFS strategy.
This episode also marks the start of Lady M’s NASCAR and DFS education, with simple explanations of drafting, place differential and the Chase bubble before she makes her own Daytona picks against JD.
Beginning next week, Sports Media X moves to two shows per week: Tuesdays for NFL, Cardinals, Fantasy Football and NFL DFS, and Wednesdays for Arizona sports, NASCAR, college sports, major national stories and Pack Wars.

The Sports Media X Podcast had so much to cover this week that we split it into two parts.
